Preparation of Pressure-sensitive Adhesive Used for Polyethylene Film

摘要: 用溶液聚合法合成了多元共聚丙烯酸酯聚乙烯膜用压敏胶粘剂,研究了主单体、功能单体、引发剂、交联剂、溶剂等对胶粘剂的粘度、粘接强度等综合性能的影响,所制得的胶粘剂具有较高的剥离强度(可达到0 92N/mm)和较好的粘接性能.

Abstract: Pressure-sensitive adhesive used for polyethylene film is prepared via solution polymerization.Effects of main monomer,functional monomer,initiator,cross-linking agent and solvent on performances of the pressure-sensitive adhesive are also studied.It is found that the product has high peeling strength(0.92 N/mm)and better adhesion.
