新型静压式送风道空气动力性能的实验研究

Experimental Study on Fluid Dynamics Specialties of New Model Uniform Static Pressure Supply Air Duct

摘要: 通过所研制的铁路客车空调通风试验台,对新研制的静压均匀送风道进行了空气动力性能试验研究.根据实验结果,分析了静压送风道的送风均匀性特点,不同送风工况下风道阻力变化规律,以及现有客车上已用静压送风道送风不均匀的原因,并针对送风不均匀的原因提出出了改变主风道的断面面积、在主风道内加挡板等改进措施.

Abstract: In this paper the experimental equipment of ventilating and air-conditioning system for passenger cars is introduced and the fluid dynamics specialties are testified on the experimental equipment. On the basis of experiment results the ventilating uniformity is analyzed,Duct’s resistance characteristics are studied and some valuable conclusions are drawn for improving it’s ventilating uniformity .
