圆度误差测量在羽毛球外观检测中的应用

    The Application of Roundness Error Measurement in the Detection of Badminton Appearance

    • 摘要: 提出一种针对羽毛球外观的自动检测方法.采集羽毛球图像并进行图像预处理;利用基于极坐标的区域分割法对二值图像的特征点进行定位,运用最小二乘法进行拟合;提出相关指标来评价圆度误差.实验证明,用该方法区分C、D级别羽毛球是可行的,实现了羽毛球的非接触性在线测量.

       

      Abstract: It proposes a new method to detect automatically badminton appearance. First, images of badmintons were collected and processed in a series of steps. Then, by using the method of region-dependent segmentation, based on polar-coordinate, the feature points of binary images were located. Thirdly, the least-square method was adopted for fitting. Finally, the related indices were propounded to assess roundness errors. The experimental results prove that this method is feasible to differentiate badmintons of the C and D grades, making the nontouched on-line measurement possible.
