Abstract: To enhance the security of identity authentication system and solve the problem of key preservation，it provides an authentication scheme，based on fingerprint and cryptography，and describes the Theory of the Scheme in detail and the processing steps between the client and server in certification process．In addition，it designs the certificati0n Scheine in the modular method and describes the details in the realization of the certification Scheme．Finally it provide the experimental data and analyzes experimental results．
