    The Design of the Laboratory Equipment for Motor-driven Linear Parameters Test

    • 摘要: 模拟实际机床的的加工环境,建立模拟的加工实验平台.介绍了其机械结构设计、步进电机的运动控制、单片机与计算机的串口通讯、传感器的模数转换、软件功能、界面设计以及样机的制作.实际使用情况表明,实验台的综合性能达到了设计要求,实验效果显著.

       

      Abstract: The equipment serves as an experimental platform to simulate the actual machining environment.It introduces its mechanical structure design,motion control of the stepper motor,microcontroller and the computerg serial port communication,the sensor~analog-digital conversion,software features,interface design and prototype production.The results show that the test benchg overall performance in this experiment can meet the design requests,and
      that the experimental effects are obvious.
