Abstract: The contents of project advice book are analyzed and evaluated by using the theory of AHP．On the basis of building evaluation indexes for project advice book，the power factors of evaluating indexes are calculated in detail，and some basic controlling indexes of selecting providers are set up．All these research results can supply reliable and quantificational evaluation standards for project advice book and benefit project management．
