分散方式对纳米炭黑分散稳定性的影响

摘要: 为了选择合适的分散设备,通过磁力搅拌分散、超声波分散、球磨分散等方式分别对质量分数为0.05%的纳米炭黑在乙二醇水溶液中的分散性能进行了实验研究.磁力搅拌和超声波分散均在室温下进行,时间为30 m in;球磨分散的转速为300 r/m in,球磨时间是4 h;以质量分数为0.1%的阿拉伯树胶作分散剂.结果表明:经过一个星期的静置后,利用磁力搅拌分散的纳米炭黑悬浮液分层很明显,而利用超声波和球磨分散后的纳米炭黑悬浮液则具有稳定的悬浮性能.考虑到球磨分散会发生新的物理化学反应以及带来新的杂质,所以超声波分散才是目前最适用的一种分散手段. 更多还原Abstract: To select suitable dispersion equipment,magnetic stirring dispersion,ultrasonic dispersion and ball milling dispersion were experimental researched with w(nano-carbon-black)=0.05 % in Ethylene Glycol aqueous solutions.Magnetic stirring and ultrasonic waves were dispersed at room temperature,and dispersion time was 30 min.The rotational speed of ball milling dispersion was 300 r/min,and ball milling time was 4 h.Gum Arabic was used as dispersant,and w(Gum Arabic) was 0.1%.The results show that th...
