Abstract: The paper briefly describes the process of the negative energy concept evolving from physics-aided calculation to substantial physics concept.It then proves the logical consistency of the Time-Space Theory based on the deduction that in the frame of Relativity Theory,the negative energy particle with positive quality has different time-space changing relations with positive energy system.
