涂层电极电化学制备二氧化铈超细粉体
Preparation of Ultrafine Powder CeO2 Using Electrochemical Method

摘要: 以钛基钌-钇-铑涂层电极作为阳极,硝酸铈和硝酸铵作为电解液,电化学法制备二氧化铈超细粉体,用X射线衍射和透射电镜进行了表征,制备条件用正交实验设计进行优化;通过极化曲线,计算了电极过程动力学参数.Abstract: Cerium dioxide ultrafine powder is prepared by electrochemical method using composite coating of In-Ru-Ir as anode,cerous nitrate and ammonium nitrate as electrolyte.The powder is analyzed by using XRD and TEM.The technique condition of preparation is optimized by orthogonal design.The kinetics of electrode process is studied.
