复合载体固定化硝化细菌去除水体中氨氮的研究

摘要: 用壳聚糖和海藻酸钠作为载体,包埋固定化硝化细菌,制备固定化小球,处理养殖水体中的氨氮,寻找了固定化硝化细菌小球的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,当壳聚糖的质量分数为1.5%~1.7%,海藻酸钠的质量分数为3%,氯化钙的质量分数为4.6%~5%,戊二醛的质量分数为1.1%~1.3%,包菌量为5~5.3 mL时,氨氮去除率达到94%以上.Abstract: This paper is to find out the best condition of the immobilized microbial beads to treat NH+4-N in fishery wastewater,which is made from entrapping nitrobacteria with chitosan and alginate as entrapment carriers.The experiment results show that when the chitosan mass percent is 1.5%~1.7%,alginate mass percent 3%,CaCl2 mass percent 4.6%~5%,glutaradehyde mass percent 1.1%~1.3%,nitrobacteria 5~5.3 mL,the NH+4-N removal efficiency of fishery wastewater is above 94%.
