摘要: 以某直列4缸汽油发动机的曲轴为研究对象,采用CATIA建立3D模型,在HYPERMESH(HM)自带的求解器中进行静力分析、模态分析和疲劳分析,得出了应力、应变、固有频率、疲劳寿命、损伤循环周期.再进行数据整理,由各参数的对比最后选出最优的方案.Abstract: A linear 4cylinder gasoline engine crankshaft is researched. A 3D model using CATIA was established at first, and then a static analysis, modal analysis, and fatigue analysis were undertaken in HYPERMESH (HM) solver. And the stress, strain, natural frequency, fatigue life, and damage cycle were obtained. At last, via the data management by MATLAB, the optimal solution was obtained from the comparison of the parameters.
