Abstract: Based on the experiment of aviation fuel injection electrification, electrostatic potential and leakage current to earth on metal stents insulated from earth and exposed to spraying fuel were tested, and the possibilities of risky electrostatic discharge on the stent were elaborated. The study shows that the voltage on metal stents reaches the safety range when the stents are on the ground.
