碳纳米管在乙二醇水溶液中的分散性

    Dispersion of Carbon Nanotubes in Aqueous Solution with Glycol

    • 摘要: 采用硫酸和硝酸混合酸对催化裂解法(CVD法)制备的多壁碳纳米管(CNTs)进行纯化,以超声仪为分散设备,分别研究了在乙二醇水溶液中加入不同类型的阳离子、阴离子、非离子型等表面活性剂对碳纳米管分散性的影响,通过记录碳纳米管悬浮液的稳定保存时间观察其分散性.结果表明:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和乳化剂OP作为分散剂的分散效果最好.

       

      Abstract: After being purified with the mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid,the carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were dispersed in aqueous solution with various surfactants by ultrasonic agitation.Then the dispersity was evaluated with settlement time.The experimental rersults show that the carbon nanotubes disperse very well in the HTAB or OP emulsifying agent with an appropriate concentration.
