聚合物固体薄膜光电池的研究进展

    Progress in the Study of Polymer Photovoltaic Solar Cells

    • 摘要: 聚合物固体薄膜光电池由于其价格低廉、易于加工、适于制作大面积柔性器件等无机光电池不可比拟的优点在许多领域具有广阔的应用前景.从工作原理、器件结构、材料等方面对聚合物固体薄膜光电池的研究进展进行了论述,并指出了聚合物固体薄膜光电池今后的发展方向.

       

      Abstract: Polymer photovoltaic cells based on thin solid films have attracted great attention due to their potential for low-cost,simple manufacturing process,and their suitability for making large-area flexible solar cells.The progress in the study of polymer photovoltaic solar cells based on device mechanisms,structures and materials has been reviewed.Further direction in improvement is also presented.
