王水回流消解同时测定土壤/沉积物中汞、砷和镉的方法研究

Determination of Mercury, Arsenic and Cadmium in Soils/Sediments with the Refluxing Digestion of Aqua Regia

摘要: 通过王水回流消解土壤/沉积物样品,利用原子荧光和石墨炉原子吸收分别测定土壤/沉积物中的汞、砷和镉. 使用该方法分析了8种土壤/沉积物标准物质中的汞、砷和镉,结果表明,其测定值均在参考范围以内. 汞、砷和镉的相对标准偏差分别为2.9%~8.2%、1.2%~5.6%和3.4%~6.8%,其检出限、精密度和准确度均满足土壤分析方法的要求.

Abstract: Hg, As and Cd in soil/sediment samples were determined with the refluxing digestion of aqua regia. Cd was determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Hg and As were determined by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. 8 geochemical standard reference material of soil/sediment were tested. The test data showed that the determination of standard reference material were within the reference range. The relative standard deviation of Hg, As and Cd were 2.9%~8.2%,1.2%~5.6% and 3.4%~6.8%. The detection limit, precision and accuracy of the methods met the requirements of the determination of soil.
