牙齿三维虚拟切片交互式定位与二次提取

摘要: 针对当前医学图像三维重建模型切割角度有限、模型内部交互缺失与切割精度不高的问题,提出一种基于交互式定位的三维虚拟切片二次提取的方法.在Visual C++平台下,结合当前具有高度的灵活性与可移植性的可视化工具包VTK,采用该方法对牙齿模型进行二次切割,能有效地弥补当前交互性弱与精度不高的问题,有良好的操作性与实时性.同时该方法可以对三维模型的任意部位进行二次切割,在医学领域具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract: In view of the limitations of arbitrary degree cutting, the deficiency of model inside interaction and the low precision of cutting of medical images, a new method of the second extraction of 3D virtual slices is proposed, based on interactive location. On the Visual C++ platform, with the highly flexible and portable VTK, this method was used to cut again the tooth model to compensate for the problem of weak interaction and low precision. The new method has good interaction and realtime. Meanwhile, this method can be used to cut again any arbitrary part of  the 3D model, so it has good application prospects in the medical field.
