摘要: 采用非成像和自由曲面设计方法,对反射器和透镜这两类光学器件进行了二次光学设计和研究,获得了具有均匀圆形照明特性的光学器件.通过编程计算构造出光学器件的几何轮廓,并对光学器件模型进行了模拟仿真,获得了良好的均匀圆形照明光斑.设计出的二类器件其圆形照明面照度均匀性均达到90%以上,适合于对均匀性要求较高的室内照明.该设计为实现大功率LED均匀照明提供了一种有效的设计途径.

Abstract: With the method of nonimaging and freeform surface, it designed and researched two kinds of secondary optical devices, reflectors and lens. Optical devices with round uniform illumination characteristics were achieved. Through the programming calculation, the geometric profile of the optical devices was structured and simulated. A good uniform round lighting spot was obtained. The illumination uniformity of the round lighting surface is above 90%, suitable for higher uniformity requirements for indoor lighting. The research provides some reference for the design of high power LED uniform lighting.
