摘要: 通过建立汽车排气歧管总成的有限元模型,并离散成具有多自由度的系统,利用ABAQUS软件进行模态分析,得到了排气歧管总成的振动频率和固有振型,为设计人员避免共振提供了依据,并为响应分析、疲劳分析提供了必要条件.

Abstract: By establishing the finite element model for the automobile exhaust manifold assembly, it divided the model into many systems with freedom, used ABAQUS software to do a modal analysis, and obtained the exhaust manifold assembly of vibration frequency and natural vibration model. The analysis provides reference for designers to avoid resonance and it provides necessary conditions for fatigue analysis as well as response analysis.
