TP317、HAL77-2在造纸中水腐蚀性能研究

Research on the Corrosion of TP317、HAL77-2 in Papermaking Recycled Water

摘要: 通过电化学极化实验对TP317和HAL77-2在造纸中水中进行腐蚀性能研究,对比这两种材料的耐腐蚀性,提出在新建的600 MW热电联产机组的凝汽器选材依据.实验结果表明,在造纸中水中,TP317比HAL77-2更耐腐蚀;在加入NaCl质量分数高于4%的条件下,TP317在中水的耐腐性急剧下降.

Abstract: Experiments on corrosion of TP317 and HAL77-2 immersed in papermaking intermediate water were conducted via the  electrochemical method. After comparing the corrosion resistance of the two materials, it advanced the materialchoosing principle for the condenser of a new 600MW plant with the combination of  heat and power. The experimental results show that in recycled water TP317 has higher corrosion resistance than HAL77-2. However, when more than 4% NaCl is added to the intermediate water, the corrosion resistance of TP317 decreases dramatically. 
