摘要: 针对无位置传感器无刷直流电机在静止和低速状态下检测转子位置较为困难的问题,提出了一种新的无位置传感器无刷直流电机电感法定位、无反转起动的新方法.由于定子铁芯的磁场饱和效应,定子绕组的电感将随着转子的位置变化而变化.通过注入3次短时脉冲检测非导通相相电压,实现电机静止时转子位置的定位,利用加速策略使电机加速至能够稳定地检测到反电动势的电压,切换至基于反电动势法的无位置传感器控制.实验结果表明,该方法在直流无刷电机静止和低速时能够可靠地检测出转子位置,验证了其对无刷直流电机起动的有效性.

Abstract: To solve the difficulty in determining the rotor position of sensorless brushless DC in zero speed or low speed, the paper presents a new method for detecting the initial rotor position and its startup without reversing based on variation of winding inductances. For the magnetic saturation effect of the stator core, the winding inductances vary with the rotor in different positions. The initial rotor position is located by three short pulses and the winding voltage is detected. After that the motor speeds up until the back EMF can be detected stably. And it can switch to the control by back EMF. The proposed method validated by experiment proves to be effective.
