摘要: 如何获得新产品、新项目和解决矛盾问题的创意,是很多管理者和产品创新人员的难题.本文从创意和矛盾问题的关系出发,探讨创意产生的机理和产生创意的方法,指出产生创意的理论基础就是可拓论,产生创意的方法就是可拓创新方法,介绍利用可拓学的基本思想和方法去产生创意的程序和利用计算机生产创意的可拓创意生成方法.

Abstract: How to acquire creative ideas of making new products and new items? This is a difficult problem for managers. The relationship of creative ideas and contradictory problems is introduced, and the mechanism for generating creative ideas and the methods of generating creative ideas for a new product from made products are explored. It is indicated that the theoretic foundation of generating creative ideas is extension theory and the methods of generating creative ideas are innovation methods. And then the progress of generating creative ideas making use of the basic thinking and method of Extenics for generating creative ideas using the advantage of computer's enormous storage and its high speed is introduced.
