铜钎焊剂的成分优化与制备

摘要: 通过拟定助焊剂配料方案,在水溶法改性处理工艺上用正交试验法选出铜钎剂的基础实验优化方案,并在优化方案中加入AlPO3以降低钎剂的熔点.经改性处理的产品质量稳定,焊接效果良好,适合企业大批量生产.

Abstract: According to the research of water dissolution for copper brazing fluxes,the best project is chosen in the orthogonal test.And it is proved that mixing the AlPO3in the sample can debase the flux’s melting point.Using such copper brazing fluxes,the best results of the jointing can be got.
