摘要: 研究了在稀H2SO4介质中,痕量钴催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂M褪色反应的动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定钴的新方法.方法的线性范围为0~0.08 mg/L,检测限为1.73×10-9g/L.在用于测定维生素B12中痕量钴时,结果满意.

Abstract: In the medium of dilute H2SO4,the fading reaction of Arsenazo M oxidized by H2O2,which can be catalyzed by Co(Ⅱ),has been studied.A new method for the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace cobalt has been developed.The lineer range is 0~0.08 mg/L and the detection limit is 1.73×10-9 g/L.The proposed method has been used to determine trace cobalt in vilamin B12 with satisfactory results.
