薄膜透气性测试中基于半导体的恒温控制

Constant Temperature Control Based on Thermoelectric Cooling Used in Gas Permeability Test

摘要: 针对薄膜透气性测试气体透过量、气体渗透系数受环境温度影响较大的问题,综合运用了半导体制冷技术以及具有高性能模拟特性和数字处理能力并集成了高性能外设的新型SoC模拟信号处理单片机MSC1210的PID恒温控制为该测试提供恒温环境,有利于提高测试的准确度.

Abstract: Environment temperature can influence the test of Gas Permeability Characteristics of Plastic Film and Sheeting.This article provides PID constant temperature control based on the use of thermoelectric cooling and SCM-MSC1210,which is a new type analog signals processing SCM with such characteristic as high-powered simulation and digital processing ability.This can improve the accuracy of this test.
