摘要: 在对国外引进的某大型水压试验机控制系统改造中,针对其液压伺服系统具有参数变化大、外部干扰不稳定等特点,将滑模控制与模糊控制相结合,设计了基于模糊-滑模控制的伺服控制系统.通过在滑模控制中引入一连续的模糊边界层,有效地消除"抖动"现象,并在实际生产中取得了较好效果,优于传统的PID控制.

Abstract: In the process of rebuilding the control system for a large water-press machine,a servo control system is designed by integrating sliding mode control with fuzzy logic control(FSMC),as the hydraulic servo system is characteristic of large parameter variations and external disturbance.By introducing a continuous fuzzy layer in the sliding mode control,the FSMC reduces dithering phenomenon effectively and produces a perfect result in the manufacturing.It excels the conventional PID control.
