摘要: 用高温固相法合成sr 一 M或Si:O :Eu ,Dy“( =1.4,1.2,1,0.8,0.6)长余辉发光材料,通过x射线衍射分析发现:当 ≥1时,材料基质的相是Sr MgSi O ;当 <1时,材料基质中出现多种相.通过光致发光研究发现,当≥1时,随着 的减小,物质发射光谱峰位出现蓝移.通过材料的余辉曲线和热释光谱研究,发现随着 的减小,样品的余辉时问减小,相应的陷阱深度也变浅.
