Synthesis of Sr2-M gx Si2 O7:Eu ,Dy’ and Their Luminescent Properties

摘要: 用高温固相法合成sr 一 M或Si:O :Eu ,Dy“( =1.4,1.2,1,0.8,0.6)长余辉发光材料,通过x射线衍射分析发现:当 ≥1时,材料基质的相是Sr MgSi O ;当 <1时,材料基质中出现多种相.通过光致发光研究发现,当≥1时,随着 的减小,物质发射光谱峰位出现蓝移.通过材料的余辉曲线和热释光谱研究,发现随着 的减小,样品的余辉时问减小,相应的陷阱深度也变浅.  

关键词: 长余辉;硅酸盐;稀土;陷阱

Abstract: The long afterglow luminescent materials Sr2一Mg Si2O7:Eu“,Dy¨( =1.4,1.2,1,0.8,0.6)were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction.According to the X—ray diffraction analysis,it was found that the phase of the materials was Sr2MgSi2O7 when the ≥ 1.Three phases have been found when the <1.When ≥1,with the decrease of ,the blHe shift of the emission peak appears through the ph0toluminescence.The depths of the traps were analyzed through the afterglow CHIVES and the thermolumineseence spectra.With the decrease of ,the decay time of the samples decreases,and the traps of the phosphors become shallow.
