摘要: 温差发电技术是利用塞贝克效应直接将热能转化为电能的发电技术,是一种绿色环保的发电方式.本文对半导体温差发电模块的实际传热模型及温差发电系统的热电性能进行分析.探索温差发电系统达到较优性能时与各相关参数的关系,为以后的深入研究提供有价值的理论依据.

Abstract: The thermal power generation technology, an environmentfriendly way to generate electricity, is a power generation technology by directly converting heat energy into electrical energy with the Seebeck effect. It analyses the heat transfer model of the semiconductor, the power generation module at different temperatures and the thermoelectric properties of the power generation system. It also explores the relationship between the relevant parameters at the time of the optimum performance of the thermal power generation system and provides a valuable theoretical basis for further studies.
