摘要: 通过正交实验研究了4种典型微量营养元素P、Fe、Mn、Zn对常见藻华生物指标的影响,结果表明:增加P表现为提高藻类生长速率和最终生物量,对藻生长周期和蓝藻种群地位无显著影响;Fe、Zn分别在浓度为0.05 mg/L、0.01 mg/L以内促进藻类生长,在质量浓度高于0.1 mg/L和0.01 mg/L后抑制藻类生长,而Mn在质量浓度低于0.05 mg/L和高于0.1 mg/L条件下都有促进藻类生长的可能;Fe、Mn、Zn质量浓度与藻类生长周期成正比关系;Fe质量浓度越高,蓝藻的优势地位越明显,Mn与Zn对藻类的种群结构影响微弱.
