摘要: 采取发射光谱法测量在大气压下含不饱和水蒸气空气中脉冲放电产生的OH自由基,通过对发射光谱相对变化的分析可得:OH自由基的相对生成量随喷嘴电极直径的变大而减少,随湿度的变大而先增大后减少再增大;OH自由基在放电电场中的分布呈从喷嘴电极中心向左、右和下方逐渐减少的趋势,而向上先增大后减小.

Abstract: Measurement of optical emission spectroscopy was taken to detect OH radicals  produced in the pulse discharge in air with unsaturated water vapor under atmospheric pressure. The analysis of the relative changes in optical emission spectroscopy indicates that: the number of OH radicals decreases while the diameter of the nozzle electrode increases; with the increase of humidity, the relative number of OH radicals first increases, then decreases,but increases again; the distribution of OH radicals in the discharge electric field gradually decreases from the center to the left, right and below, while it first increases and then decreases when it is upward.
