Electrode Simulation Method for Electrostatic Sensors Based on the Software Analysis of Electromagnetic Field Characteristics

摘要: 针对目前国内静电探测电极设计时用得较多的有限元计算仿真方法过程烦琐、仿真结果过于抽象、设计的电极不适宜与弹体共形安装的问题,提出了基于电磁场分析软件的静电探测电极仿真方法.该方法利用载入Maxwell软件作为仿真环境,依据电极设计理论在Maxwell软件运行环境下建立探测系统数学模型,输入优化仿真环境系统参数.该方法能够形成辐射激励源在电极上感应出的电场分布云图,只需比对仿真图中代表不同电场能量大小值的色卡,直观地获得感应电场在电极表面能量的分布情况.依此设计的探测电极易于与弹体共形装配.测试和外场试验结果证明利用该方法使探测系统的探测性能得到了提升,满足实际应用的性能要求,易于工程实现. 

Abstract: view of the question of big workload and complicated procedures when designing electrostatic detecting electrodes with the method of ANSYS simulation, it introduces a simulation method using Maxwell software of electromagnetic field.  With Maxwell software, the mathematic model for the detecting system was built, based on the theory of electrode designing. With the optimized parameters, a distributed nephogram of inductive electric field on electrodes was formed. Simulation results were obtained from the visual contrast of the color list. The results show different values of the electric field energy with corresponding colors. The test results indicate the simulation results with Maxwell software are effective, the capability of the detection system is improved, and that the method is easier to adopt.
