摘要: 利用填充床放电等离子体反应器抑制铜绿微囊藻生长,实验主要考察了放电处理前后藻液丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)含量、细胞膜通透性以及溶液溶解性有机碳(Dissolved Organic Carbon, DOC)含量的变化,分析放电灭活铜绿微囊藻的原因.结果发现:处理样MDA含量均比空白样的高,但二者相差的差值逐渐下降;处理当天,处理40 min和60 min样品的细胞电解质外渗率分别为7130%和8061%,远大于空白样的5650%.而后随着放置培养时间的增加,电解质外渗率先升高后下降,但一直都高于空白样的;处理40 min和60 min当天藻样的DOC含量均较空白样高,伴随着处理后放置培养时间的增加,处理40 min和60 min藻液的DOC含量略有下降,而空白样的DOC含量增加明显,从604 mg/L增加到1067 mg/L.
