并联负载谐振式DBD型臭氧发生器供电电源的研究

摘要: 在建立并联负载谐振式逆变电源供电的DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge)型臭氧发生系统仿真模型基础上,给出了一种适合这类供电电源的控制策略,分析了DBD型臭氧发生器上电压的谐波组成,提出了采用正弦电压源供电下DBD型臭氧发生器的基波等效模型来简化电路分析.利用基波等效模型得出并联负载谐振式DBD臭氧发生器供电电源分析模型,探讨了由基波等效模型获得的基本分析法在DBD供电电源中的应用.

Abstract: Based on the simulation model of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) type ozone generators powered by parallel load resonant inverters, a kind of controlling strategies for the power supply is presented. The composition of the voltage in the DBD ozone generators was analyzed, and the fundamental wave equivalent circuit powered by sinusoid voltage source was achieved. The analysis model of the DBD system was established with the fundamental wave equivalent circuit. The application process of the fundamental wave analytical method was demonstrated.
