摘要: 阐述了当前国内外土壤重金属形态的主要分析方法,归纳了重金属形态和生物有效性的主要影响因素,并对今后的发展方向进行了展望, 为正确评估土壤重金属的生物毒害作用提供参考.

Abstract: The analytical methods available for the separation of species and determination of heavy metals in soil were briefly described. The main factors affecting heavy metal species and bioavailability were analyzed, and the development prospects for technology in this domain were also discussed.
