摘要: 针对电火花加工中电极损耗问题, 提出轴向补偿电极损耗的钻孔方法, 利用黄铜和紫铜2种不同电极材料在超精密电火花加工机床(Sarix SX-200hpm)上, 对钛合金进行不同深度盲孔加工实验, 对比了该法与电极损耗无补偿加工的差异。结果表明,利用该方法加工的盲孔深度能接近预期深度,且紫铜电极加工的盲孔形貌更好。
