LogiX齿廓非圆齿轮的根切原理研究

Study on Undercut Principle of Non-circular Gear with LogiX Profile

摘要: logiX齿轮是依据全新的齿形理论所提出的一种新型齿轮.当logiX齿廓应用于非圆齿轮时,能扩大非圆齿轮的应用领域.本文从共轭齿形的根切原理出发,依据logiX圆齿轮的根切原理,推导了logiX齿廓非圆齿轮不发生根切的条件表达式.为少齿数logiX齿廓非圆齿轮的设计提供了设计依据.

Abstract: LogiX gear is a new gear based on new tooth profile theory.When used in non-circular gear,logiX toothprofile can enlarge the gears’application area.This paper,based on the undercut theory of conjugate tooth profile,according to undercut theory of logiX circular gear,deduces condition expressions of logiX tooth profile non-circular gear under the condition that undercut is avoided.It provides the foundation for the design of the gear with small number of teeth.
