摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在原始信息丰裕系数模型的基础上，放松假设条件，采用层次分析法与专家调查法相结合的方法对权重进行调整，采用因子分析法进一步对各信息资源要素进行筛选.构建了施工企业信息资源丰裕度评价指标模型，给出了衡量施工企业信息资源发展规模与程度的一种方法.该模型可为招标单位选定施工企业提供一个参考标准，也可为施工企业认识自身信息资源发展现状的优势与不足提供依据.

Abstract: On the basis of the primitive information affluent coefficient model,with loose hypothesis conditions,it adopts a way to select all the information resource by combining the AHP with the expert investigation method.It constructs the evaluation indices model of resource abundance for information resource of construction firms,and gives the method which is used to measure the development scales and degrees of information resources of construction firms.The model offers reference for a bidding firm to choose a construction firm,and helps construction firms to comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of the development of information resource.
