脉冲放电等离子体灭活铜绿微囊藻的实验研究

A Study of the Mechanism of Pulsed Discharge on the Inactivation of M.aeruginosa

摘要: 利用填充床放电等离子体反应器抑制铜绿微囊藻生长,实验主要考察了放电处理前后藻液丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)含量、细胞膜通透性以及溶液溶解性有机碳(Dissolved Organic Carbon, DOC)含量的变化,分析放电灭活铜绿微囊藻的原因.结果发现:处理样MDA含量均比空白样的高,但二者相差的差值逐渐下降;处理当天,处理40 min和60 min样品的细胞电解质外渗率分别为7130%和8061%,远大于空白样的5650%.而后随着放置培养时间的增加,电解质外渗率先升高后下降,但一直都高于空白样的;处理40 min和60 min当天藻样的DOC含量均较空白样高,伴随着处理后放置培养时间的增加,处理40 min和60 min藻液的DOC含量略有下降,而空白样的DOC含量增加明显,从604 mg/L增加到1067 mg/L.

Abstract:
The growth inhibition of M.aeruginosa was investigated in the packedbed plasma reactor from the aspects of the content of malonaldehyde (MDA), electrolysis on the membrane permeability, and changes in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) to analyze the mechanism of the inactivation of M.aeruginosa. The results show that the content of MDA of the test sample is higher than that of the control sample, but the difference between the test and control sample decreases. The electrolysis on the membrane permeability is 7130% and 8061%, respectively after 40 min and 60 min treatment, which are higher than those of the control sample (56% and 50%). In the storage period, the electrolysis on the membrane permeability increases rapidly, and then decreases, but it is still higher than that of the control sample. The content of DOC of the test sample is higher than that of the control sample immediately after 40 min and 60 min treatment. Then, the content of the test sample decreases while that of the control sample obviously increases from 604 mg/L to 1067 mg/L.
