摘要: 研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV)的力学性能、流变性能和热性能,并用扫描电镜(SEM)扫描其断面形貌.结果表明,随着HDPE的用量增加,TPV的拉伸强度和撕裂强度以及硬度有所下降;在流变性能测试中Ⅱ'V体系的最大扭矩逐渐增加到最大值,随后趋于稳定; rPV体系的热失重温度和分解温度与不含HDPE的TPV相比变化不大;扫描电镜图片显示体系中EPDM包裹HDPE的壳一核结构随HDPE用量的增加而增多.
