一种集成仿真的快速定制设计方法

摘要:

针对制造业自动化整线或单元的设计和验证的过程,提出了一种集成仿真的自动化生产整线或单元定制设计方法OiS(Optimization integrated Simulation).基于三维仿真软件Demo3D,搭建整线定制化平台,通过迭代式地调整仿真模型的配置与执行引擎的算法结构,实现定制整线或单元仿真模型配置和执行过程的并行优化.该设计方法能够实现生产线的快速定制、缩短设计开发周期、减少设计和验证成本.

Abstract:

Aiming at designing and verifying a manufacturing automatic line or cell quickly, a customized design method integrated simulation platform is proposed. Based on a 3D simulation software Demo3D, a design platform of customized automatic line is developed. The platform performs an optimization process by iteratively adjusting the simulation model’s configuration and the execution engine’s algorithm structure. Such an approach enables rapid customized production lines or cells, shortens design and development cycles, and reduces design and verification costs.
