微电网动态模拟平台的研究与实践

摘要: 微电网在解决分布式电源的高效利用、配电网的结构优化、供电的多样性和可靠性以及高质量等方面发挥重要作用,是构建智能电网的重要组成单元.为了能够对分布式发电单元和微电网的运行、控制、保护进行深入的理论和实验研究,根据美国CERTS微电网模型,设计了含风力和光伏发电单元的微电网拓扑结构,构建微电网动态模拟平台.实验研究表明,双馈发电机励磁控制器的双PWM 交-直-交变频器有良好的控制性能.

Abstract: Microgrids play a very important role in utilizing the distributed energy resources more effectively and optimizing the distribution system structure. They have the potential to improve performance in power supply diversity, reliability and quality. The key laboratory develops the dynamic simulation platform for microgrids, based on CERTS Microgrid model. The distributed power generation, operation, control and protection of microgrids were studied on the platform. Experimental  results show that the converter of the doublyfed power generation system has better controlling performance.
