结构简洁的800万像素手机镜头优化设计

The Optimization Design of 8 Megapixel Mobile Phone Cameras with a Compact Structure

摘要: 结合市场对高像素手机镜头的需求,利用Zemax软件,设计了一款800万像素手机镜头.所设计的镜头采用了4片塑料非球面镜片以及一片红外滤光片,并对其总厚度进行重点优化控制.结果表明,与同类型镜头相比,不仅厚度得以减小,镜头总长度小至5.7 mm,且系统成像质量好,公差相对宽松.

Abstract: Owing to the market demand for highpixel mobile phone lens, it presents the design of 8 Megapixel high quality phone cameras in compliance with the current trend with the software Zemax . Based on the optimal control of its total thickness, the thickness is reduced to 5.7mm.The MTF value and aberration are well controlled. The tolerance meets the practical requirements.
