塑料件模具材料优化专家系统的研制

Optimization Expert System of Plastic Die Materials

摘要: 塑料件模具材料优化专家系统试图对用户提出的要求,遵从"满足使用要求,发挥材料潜力,经济技术合理"的原则,就模具材料的选择进行优化推理而提出尽量合理的选材建议并给出被选材料的技术资料以作采购、加工和应用参考.该系统包括用户信息输入、材料优化推理、系统知识库管理、用户技术文件管理和系统管理5大模块,采用基于规则或基于实例的方法进行推理.系统由VisualC 6.0语言在中文Windows2000环境下开发,具有友好透明的用户界面,运行快捷,使用和维护方便.

Abstract: The plastic die materials optimization expert system complies with the principle of meeting the required properties of dies, taping the latent power of die materials and having reasonable economy and feasible technology. According to the proposed technique requirements by users, it would recommend the selected die materials with requisite technique data through optimization inference of materials selection, the technique documents management of user, the knowledge management of system and the management of system. The system is developed in windows environment by means of Visual C6.0 and inference process is operated on the basis of the rules or examples. It also provides the friendly and transparent interfaces with the Chinese demonstration, fast operating capacity and convenient application.
