摘要: 设计一种结构简单、没有专门扰流装置的被动式微螺旋混合器.并介绍混合实验的过程和结果分析,得出混合质量分数与灰度的关系.建立数学和物理模型,通过通用商业CFD软件进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果比较吻合. 更多还原

Abstract: Is designed A simple structure passive micro-screw mixer without the exclusive turbulence device.According to the introduction to the process and result analysis of the mixed experiment,the relation between the mixed concentration and gray-scale is obtained.After establishing the mathematical and physical model and conducting the numerical simulation of commercial CFD software,this paper finds that the simulation results are similar to the experiment result.
