摘要: 针对混合动力车用镍氢电池的散热特点,结合国内外有关电动车电池热管理的研究,提出了一套既高效又经济的采用夹套式液体冷却的电池热管理方法.对此系统的各个部件进行完整设计,通过建立单个电池基体的模型在GAMBIT中用网格把它细分,在FLUENT中进行流场的模拟仿真,结果表明此冷却系统能够保证电池组的最佳运行温度范围. 更多还原

Abstract: With regard to heat dissipation of Ni-MH batteries,a creative design adopting the tube-in-tube liquid cooling for the BTMS has been presented,based on the analysis of the thermal management system of the battery pack for HEVS home and abroad.The design efficient and economical,and all the designs of the parts and the system have been completed.A battery model has been built and compartmentalized with the mesh in GAMBIT.The result of the flow simulation in FLUENT shows that this cooling system ca...
