热二极管在储能式太阳热水器中的应用研究

A Study of Heat Transfer Characteristics of Thermal Diode in Solar W ater Heater with Thermal Storage

摘要: 介绍了热二极管概念及其工作原理,分析了太阳能相变储能材料所应具备的热物理性质,对热二极管传热性能以及储能材料的相变规律开展了实验研究.实验结果表明:热二极管具有良好的启动和等温传热性能;当加热段内工质充液率约为85%时,热二极管传热效率和冷凝段换热系数均达到最佳值;储能材料内部在相变过程中存在不均匀性,且与冷凝段管壁间的换热系数较小.

Abstract: It introduces the concepts and working principles of thermal diode,as well as therm ophysical properties which solar phase—change materials should have.Some experiments are also performed to study heat transfer performance of thermal diode and phase—change rules of energy storage materials.Experimental results show that ther.real diode has a good start—up performance and isotherm al heat transfer characteristics. When the working fluid filling rate in the heating section is about 85% .heat transfer eficiency of thermal diode and coeficient of heat transfer in the condenser section can be achieved to the best value.Meanwhile,there exists non-uniform Dhase transiti0n in the inner part of material,and the heat transfer coefi cient between the condenser section and the material is small.
