摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对企业防止人才流失这一问题，以可拓理论为基础，根据可拓策略生成方法，建立矛盾问题的可拓模型和核模型.通过对基元进行相关分析，进行可拓变换以生成解决相关矛盾问题的多种策略，并以成本和见效时间为评价特征，对生成的策略进行优度评价.最后探讨了防止企业人才流失的可拓策略生成系统的计算机技术实现，并且给出了运行结果.


Abstract: It proposes an extension model and core model, based on the generation method of extension strategies, using the extension theory to prevent talent drain of the enterprise. With the correlative analysis of the primitive, a variety of strategies were generated to solve the relevant issues through the extension transformation. The resulting strategies were evaluated with both cost and time as the evaluation characteristics. The extension strategies generation system to prevent talent drain of the enterprise was simulated, and the results were given.
