摘要: 为保证并提升服务质量、节约企业运营成本,对多驻点、多任务约束下的移动通讯基站代维人员分工协作进行了优化. 结合“基于角色的协同”工程理论方法及其E-CARGO模型对基站代维任务分工进行建模;结合历史性仿真数据,采用群组角色指派方法对代维人员做首次一对多分驻点指派与第二次多对多分工指派. 通过实验仿真论证,该方法高效、可靠,能使代维团队在多驻点、多任务约束下尽可能实现执行力最大化,为人力资源决策者提供有效支撑.
