摘要: 在一定温度下对黄豆进行热处理使其呈现有序孔结构,并运用静态吸附法和傅里叶变换红外(Fourier Transform Infrared,FTIR) 光谱研究其对中性红(Neutral Red,NR) 染料和重金属离子的去除性能。本文主要研究了溶液初始物质的量浓度对吸附效果的影响、溶液初始pH值对吸附效果的影响和吸附的动力学过程。实验表明:在弱酸至弱碱性范围内,样品对中性红的吸附效果较好,并且在pH=7时最佳;溶液初始物质的量浓度也是影响吸附量的一个重要因素;在吸附过程中,吸附剂和吸附质接触的最初20 min内去除率在80%以上。通过拟合发现黄豆对中性红染料的吸附行为更加符合准二级动力学模型。此材料成本低廉、方便易得、对人类友好,同时吸附性能好,是一种有应用前景的环境净化材料。
