尿素包合法提高亚麻油中α-亚麻酸含量的工艺条件优化

Urea Increasing α-linolenic Acid Content of Linseed Oil in the Optimization Process

摘要: 采用尿素包合法从亚麻中纯化亚麻油以提高α-亚麻酸含量.利用响应面分析法对尿素包合法纯化α-亚麻酸工艺条件进行了优化.实验表明,最佳的包合反应条件为混合脂肪酸、尿素、无水乙醇的质量比是1∶3∶7,包合温度为-20 ℃,包合时间为30 h,此时α-亚麻酸的质量分数为9327%.本方法简便易行,可以为新药开发与工业化生产提供依据.

Abstract: Urea was employed to increase αlinolenic acid content of linseed oil. Conditions for Urea purifying αlinolenic acid process were optimized by using response surface analysis. Experimental results show the best conditions for it are as follows: the inclusion reaction mixture of fatty acid, urea, ethanol(quality than)= 1∶3∶7, the inclusion temperature is -20 ℃, and the inclusion time is 30 hours, when α-linolenic acid content is 93.27 %. The method is feasible for the development of new drugs, providing the basis for industrial production.
