Abstract: This paper introduces the Data Communication Protocol for Building Automation and Control Networks (BACnet), its architecture and communication, and presents its implementation model. It also introduces the WebCTRL system which adopts BACnet in building automation. In the end , it points out that BACnet has wide prospect in building automation
